- Identification: model, serial numbers, BMS/PCS/EMS revisions and assessment date.
- Duty: required power, service duration, critical loads and connection constraints.
- Evidence: document, version, origin, date and applicability.
- Finding: verified / conditional / unverified; not an automatic overall score.
- Open item: for example, demonstrating response to BMS communications loss. Status: test not performed.
- Acceptance: criteria agreed in advance, responsible party and recorded result.
- Economics: base and adverse scenarios, input sensitivity and maintenance costs.
- Conclusion: recommend / recommend with conditions / do not recommend / insufficient evidence.
An outstanding test is never recorded as a pass. A firmware or configuration change requires reassessment of which previous conclusions remain applicable.
