PV & BESS. Independent assessment before investment.

Photovoltaics since 2009. We help municipalities, hospitals, utilities, schools and businesses assess risks, solution quality, cybersecurity and costs before selecting a supplier. Start with a free, indicative assessment. Detailed advice is commissioned separately.

Advice for contracting authorities

PV or BESS for your organisation? Review the specification first.

Engineering and cyber risks, solution quality and future costs. We help municipalities, hospitals, water utilities and schools prepare evidence before choosing a supplier. The initial, indicative assessment is free.

Energy in transition · 2026 / 2027

Generating electricity is only the beginning. What changes next?

Sharing, flexible operation and new documentation requirements change the questions worth asking before an investment. We translate them into practical checks for your project.

Storage needs data, not just capacity.

EDC’s processes connect sharing, storage, flexibility and grid constraints. A business case must check metering, registration and contractual access to the intended service—not assume that every battery can earn flexibility revenue.

Battery passports: ask for the data now.

The Commission has updated its passport guidance. From 18 February 2027 the requirement covers industrial batteries above 2 kWh placed on the market or put into service. It is not a blanket order to replace batteries already operating.

Security belongs in the specification.

NÚKIB’s ICT procurement guidance links risk assessment with fair competition. We apply those principles to PV/BESS controls and communications: access, cloud dependence and support. This is not a solar certification or an automatic brand ban.

Photovoltaics since 2009

Experience from installations. Questions for the next decade.

We have worked in photovoltaics since 2009. Today we connect that experience with battery storage, energy management and the assessment of existing systems. The task is not simply to add panels or capacity, but to make generation, demand and storage work together.

In our assessment, manufacturer claims, document checks and actual measurements remain distinct. Operating experience helps us ask better questions; it does not replace the evidence for your project.

A recommendation can also be “not yet”

We compare storage against a baseline without a battery and against operating changes. If savings depend on uncertain revenue, excessive cycling or unavailable data, the recommendation must say so. Where we also offer supply or integration, that commercial role is disclosed.

Advice before investment

Agree the assessment before choosing equipment.

This is a paid advisory service. Scope, fee, delivery date, named specialists and exclusions are agreed in a written proposal before work begins. Sending an enquiry is not an order or an obligation to purchase equipment.
