The variotrack MPPT solar charge controller maximizes the energy generated by charging the batteries in an optimal way. The accuracy of the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithm, the high peak efficiency and low internal consumption ensure an optimal valorisation of the energy produced by the PV modules to all types of battery technology.
VT-80 is recommended for PV capacity up to 5kWp and charges the battery with a maximum current of 80 A. Battery management parameters can be adjusted on the inside of the device.
On the outside, an LED display shows the charging current of the battery and the status of the VT-80. Depending on the specific system needs, several accessories can be added, such as RCC-02/03 Remote Control and Programming Center, ARM-02 2 Auxiliary Contact Module, BTS-01 Battery Temperature Sensor, BSP-500 /1200 Battery Status Processor, or one from Xcom-LAN/GSM/SMS communication sets.
The VT-80 has a remote input that provides the ability to control the system from several parameters that can be programmed using the RCC-02/03. The combination of the VT-80 and Xtender series is an ideal solution for hybrid systems with several energy sources.
